I'm 63 and determined to quit yo-yoing. I'm going to begin a new lifestyle with healthy choices. I've been "off track" and now I'm back!!!

    Good to hear from you. I've been tracking my steps to do at least 5000 a day. I always make 5000 plus many more some days. Plan to reacxh 10,000 daily when I get to Texas.
