The 50 pounds I put back on have not really left me. They fluctuate between 40 to 50 pounds. I just can't shake it. So I knew I could do it when I was in my 30's and I kept it off for some time... but life got in the way... so I am working on losing 48 pounds by my birthday.

I am leaving my information from back when I lost 50 pounds. This is because I need a reminder of what an amazing attitude I had then. I had so much energy and I was on the go with gusto... now I am back with those 50 pounds. I am determined to do it again. So I am on the way to being that excited happy person again.

I am Amy from Texas. I used to lose weight for all the wrong people and reasons. Now, I am losing it for myself. I have taken off 45 pounds. I don't want to say lost 45 pounds because I don't want them back LOL...Please do not find them for me. They will attack anyone they find...they are armed and dangerous.

I am a energetic person, wife to an amazing husband and mom to three great kids. I enjoy my renewed sense of happiness. My healthy living changes have changed more than my dress size. They have changed "ME". I am a healthy person mentally, physically and emotionally. I have learned so much from Sparks.

I have been a Spark member since Feb. 2006. I started to actually lose weight though July 2006. I did great for two years. Then I thought that I don't need to stay active on Sparks and the treadmill. Now...I am trying to stay focused so I don't gain all that weight back. I am learning that it isn't hard to lose the weight...it is hard to maintain the weight.

I am going to try to take the unlucky 13 pounds off slowly over the next few months...a little here and a little there.

I AM making time for my physical and emotional needs...


My Program:
I have started being accountable for my eatting and exercise schedules.
I am watching what I eat. I am not eatting high fructose corn syrup any more.



Personal Information:
I am from Texas. I have a wonderful supportive husband and three amazing kids...all enjoy the challenges I bring to them for a healthy lifestyle.

We do not stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.

    The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
