Fitness Minutes: 23,758

My Goals:
Plan menus so that we eat properly. Exercise more. Reaching my goal weight this year.

My Program:
 Although I don't go to meetings now, I try to follow the Weight Watchers program. The 5% challenge is keeping me motivated especially when I get discouraged.

Personal Information:
My name is Renee. I'm married and live in Southern California. I'm retired and volunteer as a "reading partner" at our neighborhood elementary school. It's a win/win for both the kids and me.

Other Information:
 I enjoy traveling, reading, movies and spending time with friends. Also interested in good nutrition.
