    Welcome to Living Binge Free, where the focus is less on weight loss (though all our dedicated members could qualify for the National Weight Loss Registry) and more on whether or not we gave in, just today, to those intense urges to overeat high fat/sugar/salt foods, often fast and in secret. We can win every day no matter what else is or isn't happening! (Focusing on calories and the scale is easy to find on Spark, and is sometimes not the focus needed to manage eating disorders.) We tend to believe that the key isn't to somehow never be exposed to triggers, but to find the thinking and eating lifestyle necessary that balances decreasing those exposures with coping strategies that allow us to live in the world we do. Our team has had daily activity for over ten years! One thread is for sharing what else our life is about each day BETWEEN our meals; it's essential to get away from thinking of ourselves just as problem eaters. Come play with us! emoticon
