I was a thin and active kid, I didn't gain my weight until I was in my 20's. One day I woke up and was severely overweight - I just ignored it for years thinking it would magically go away. No such luck. Finally in August 2006 I decided enough was enough and I joined Weight Watchers for what I decided was the last time - I have never looked back.

I'm down 80# now and with the help of the friends I've made at Weight Watchers and my on line friends on Spark, I will make this a ...

I'm down 80# now and with the help of the friends I've made at Weight Watchers and my on line friends on Spark, I will make this a permanent change. For the first time in a long time, I can see myself thin and see me reaching goal.
