After almost a year not connecting with Spark People, gaining back the weight I lost, having some health issues and making a move across the country, I really need to get back on programme and see if I can find my healthy self again. I know I can do this.

My Goals:
1. Reach the end of 2018 feeling energized and healthy once again
2. Get to a healthy weight
3. Get serious about enjoying exercise
4. Be today's best version of me I can be
5. Take things a day at a time
6. Keep a positive attitude
My Program:
Found an eating clean 14day plan based on 1200 Cals a day. Should fit in well with me SP plan.
My fitness has mostly been walking but was given a gym membership for Christmas. Plan to use it along with a fitbit with a step goal of 10,000 per day.
Now trying to tap into the community support aspect of the programme.
Personal Information:
I am an ex Brit, now living in Canada. (who still misses 'home')
I love my family, my home and my garden.
I am a recently retired Anglican minister.
I love to travel and retirement has seen me tripping in our new motorhome and cruising when I can. Can't wait until my hubby retires also then we can up the travel even more. (Have to by fit and healthy by then... right?)
My family is grown and away... I miss them but am oh so proud of them.
