Introduction Text Well here's my story and I'm sticking to it. Wow what a year 2009 has been...2010 will be for me! I've lost 46 lbs since January of last year, weighed in this morning at 222. I've got a long way to go but man oh man that felt wonderful this morning. Praise be to God. My name is Janet I'm 46 nearly 47 and I'm continuing my journey to find myself in the coming year. Like many women I've lost myself along the path of being in relationships. If I decide to go a relationship path again, I've learned a good lesson not to lose myself in that again. I'm moving in with a good friend of mine who has already asked if we can exercise together...oh yeah. Mom to Samuel who lives with his father in Montana and I miss him more than anyone could possibly imagine. Also mom to two insane crazy cats, Gracie & Carlie! I’ve spent most of my life working to please others and in doing so ignored my self. Somewhere along this journey of my life, I've totally lost myself and who I am. I'm no longer that strong person that I used to be. MY PLEDGE: (in no particular order) I pledge to be kind to myself, to love and encourage myself, to have a sense of humor and to pick myself up when I fall, without berating or hating myself. I pledge to surround myself with people who are positive and upbeat; who will love and encourage me. I will be there to love and encourage my friends as well. I pledge to celebrate every success either small or big! I pledge to look good in clothes again and more importantly out of clothes. I pledge to be able to pick anything out of the closet. I pledge to be healthy, body, mind and spirit. I pledge to be confident again. I pledge to live each day as if it were my last, to laugh, live, and most importantly love with all my heart those I hold dearly in my life. I pledge to be able to forgive others as the Lord has forgiven us. I pledge that I will find the joy in everyday! I will go through my day with an attitude of gratitude for ALL the blessings in my life! I pledge to pray more and also pray for those who hold grudges against me so that they may find peace in their hearts. NEW START ~ NEW DAY ~ NEW LIFE ~ AUGUST 31, 2009 ~ 251.5 LBS SEPTEMBER 1, 2009 ~ 248.5 LBS SEPTEMBER 2, 2009 ~ 244.0 JANUARY 28, 2010 ~ 222.0 oh baby so close to be under 200!!!!

I'm looking to finally be healthy physically, emotionally and spiritually and I believe I will achieve this in 2009.

I love reading anything by Nora Roberts, Nicholas Sparks and just reading in general. I try to crochet, I'm great at the basics and would love to learn more.
