58 year old mom of two, who wants to return to her target weight. I have two goals: lose the weight, and keep it off. Achieving the first goal without the second is not going to do me much good. Beginning May 10 of 2020 I began tackling both these goals. And away we go!

My Goals:
I WANT TO
*be fit for the rest of my life, not just lose weight
*have exercise and healthy eating become part of my identity, not something I do but who I am
*build strength and develop my core
*stop wheezing when I exert myself
*be more flexible
*be able to wear a normal bra again
*feel comfortable wearing lingerie again
*stop relying on draping, baggy clothes to hide my paunch
*be toned
*do all this without any reliance on pills, potions, nostrums, or fads
*never, never, never have to do this again!
My Program:
Use the tracker religiously. Exercise at least an hour a day combined activity. Drink eight glasses of water per day. Explore healthy recipes and do more cooking. Cut back on empty calories from alcohol.
