Well I'm back....again :o) My goal is to lose 25lbs and to get there I'm going track my calories, exercise, and fight my emotional eating to finally get this healthy new LIFESTYLE in order. Its time for me!!!! I don't want to spend another year uncomfortable in my own skin! Its been over 18 years since I've wore shorts and longer since I've worn a bathing suit. 2017 will be my year!!!!

My Goals:
Simply put my goal is to finally eat healthy so I can one have energy and lose weight, Two wear shorts for the first time in 12 years and Three overcome my GAD and the "self sabotager" I've become so I can reach all my goals especially this one.

My Program:
To meet my goal by May 2010 I will be eating healthier by not grazing on unhealthy food all day brought in from co- workers but planning meals and bringing snacks. I will do cardio 4-6 times a week and Strength training 6 times a week( Working on lower body- Monday- Wednesday- Friday and upper body Tuesdays and Thursdays) I am working with a nutritionist now who is a sweet heart and very funny. She is helping me learn better eating habits.

I'm from Lowell, MA, you can call me Angie. I live to serve the Lord. I enjoy singing and hoping to one day begin a ministry in my church where I can help people to desire to lose/gain weight and live healthier and stronger lives.

Other Information:
I know I can do it but I will need the support of all the friends I will make on this site!!!!!!!! If you in need of a partner I will be glad to be a partner to someone who has similar goals to mine and anyone who is finally ready to come the person they dreamed of. I'm ready are you???
