Introduction Text Hi I'm a successful person in all my life branches except living a healthy life. I want to make this goal like any other goal in my life which I've achieved them all. I'm a working from home mother. I have a daughter and a son. Happily married. The only problem in my life is my weight !!!

Living healthy life. Weight: 58 Kg. Lean: 49 Kg. Fat %: 25%. Size: 12. bust : 96.5 cm. Waist : 69 cm. Hip : 101 cm. Fitness goal: Jog 5 km. Beat my fastest run in 24.47 sec. Nutrition goal: Eat whole grain. Important dates: 15/10/13: - 10 kg. 87.7 kg. Done. 14/11/13: -13 kg. 84.7 kg. Done 15/12/13: -16.6 kg. 81.1 kg. Done 85.3 kg :( A new beginning from 1/1/2014 at 84 kg: 15/1/14: -1 kg. 83 kg. Done 82.4 :) 5/2/14: -2.5 kg. 81.5 kg. 82.1 kg :( A new beginning from 25/2/2014 at 82.9 kg. 19/3/14: -2.5 kg. 80.4 kg. Reached 80.1 kg on 28/2/14 :) A new beginning from 21/9/2014 at 88.6 Kg. A new beginning from 14/4/2015 at 94 kg. Important dates: 14/5/2015 -5 kg 89 Kg. 14/6/2015 -3kg 86 Kg. 14/7/2015 -3kg 83 Kg. 14/8/2015 -2 Kg 81 Kg. 14/9/2015 -2 kg 79 kg. 14/10/2015 -2 kg 77 kg.

Food: Keep tracking my intake to be less than 1500 cal. Fitness: 10 min. cardio 7 days. at home. Strength twice a week. Water: Drink 8 cups of water daily.



Never give up! If a tier got flat on your way fix the flat tier instead of getting the 4 tiers flat as well. When you want something you�ve never had, you have to do something you�ve never done. 12 not 22. Don't be afraid to fail. Don't waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It's OK to fail. If you're not failing, you're not growing. When everything seams like an uphill struggle, just think of the view from the top. It doesn't matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not STOP. I WILL lose weight. Remember! why you're here?
