Hi. I'm 35 and have always had a weight problem. Age is slowly creeping up on me and I'm finally ready to address the hows and whys i overeat and looking forward to another life change., I'm 37 now and not much has changed..except maybe on the inside. 2010 was a rough year and i intend to make 2011 a great one.

Update...holy batman, I am now 40. I have a better sense of humor about things but, I woke the other day thinking OMG I'm going to be bed ridden soon. I have gained and gained but more than that, I hurt. I want this to be the year I do something. It seems I say this every year. I don't know that this year is any different. I'm hoping something will change my attitude.

I track my daily caloric intake. Walk or go to the gym when I am able

Personal Information:
I moved from Hawaii to Washington State a year and a half ago with the intent of reinventing the life I thought I lost. I love to travel and meet new people but I have always found that my weight prevented a lot of that..more my doing than anyone elses. I owe a lot to my best friend, my co-workers and the trainers at my gym. Everyone has been so encouraging, something i've not experienced quite like this in the past

Other Information:
I enjoy being outside, cold rainy days, spending time with friends, curling up and knitting for hours on end, people watching, and fishing
