Hi! Thank you for stopping by my page! My name is Milana, and I'm from a small city in Central NY. I've been married to my wonderful hubby for 39yrs! We have 4 children and 4 GS. Family is very important to me and they come first. I'm an animal lover! 4dogs, (2 Jrt's, a Catahoula/lab, and a Bulloxer ) 1 cockatiel & 2 chickens!

I'm looking to inspire and motive as well as be inspired and be motivated! I love making friends!
I know a lot of people who blog everyday but I don't like to blog, so you probably won't see many of those by me! I do enjoy reading them and getting to know people.

I'm taking charge and stepping out of my comfort zone! I ran my first 5K at age 50! I never ran before in my life until March 2013! I would never have done it without the support from my friends right here on Sparkpeople! I've been with SP since 2007. I've been back and forth, up and down, but I haven't quit!! I really want to get back to running.
Some of my favorite workouts are the Turbo's- Jam , Fire. Extreme, PIYO as well as P90X workouts-although, I don't like resistance bands so I use my free weights! If you've never done them, be ready to sweat! I also love my Yoga and Pilates! Right now, I'm liking the 10minute Solution series too. I never do just 10minutes though! I enjoy Bollywood or Funky music for motivation. I love to dance so that kind of music just makes me want to move! I love to take walks with my dogs. I usually put on my music and just go til they're beat!
I have a 2 vices: 1 Beer, which I miss immensely right now. It's hard to resist but I'm getting better!
2. When the weather is nice, you won't find me on the boards, rather I'll be on the road. I Love taking rides up north on my VStar 1100 motorcycle. My DH bought it for me 7yrs ago. Big mistake-I've been on the back of his back since we were but children (I was 17!) now I have my lisence and go when I want. I still like to hop on the back of his once in a while!

Fitness Minutes: 45,058

My Goals:
S.M.A.R.T Goals
I'm only listing 4 goals because I think that's a good attainable number of goals

1. I will Lose 25lbs and keep it off
2 I will continue to work on myself as a whole
3. I will incorporate more vegatarian meals
4. Complete consecutive rounds of WHOLE 30

I've told my family that these are the things I want to accomplish this yr. and asked them to help me by keeping me accountable and not tempting me! Another way I will attain these goals, is by renewing my affair with planned exercise

My Program:
My workout plan right now is to start slow. I'm not going to burn out because I over worked. Gradually adding more longer cardio session which will include:

1. April 1 Start and complete at least 1 full round of PiYo
2. ST 2x per week
3. After 4wks I will assess my progress and if necessary add longer sessions and heavier weights.
4. Track nutrition daily
5. I will not let alcohol get
the better of me!
6. If I have a bad day I'll start fresh the next!

Personal Information:
Happily married (well mostly! LOL) 39 yrs
4 children- Meema to 4 grandsons.
I still live in the same small city were I was born in Central NY.

Other Information:
Some things that I enjoy doing are:
I love spending time with my family
I love to go for walks or hikes with my doggies or by myself
I love spending time at our camp enjoying the view and the fire
Listening to Music especially when it's my children and husband playing!
I also LOVE to ride my motorcycle whenever possible!
My Mom is my best friend and I love spending time with her.
