Introduction Text Hey there! My weight is a never ending battle as I am sure it is for many others, so I figured this would be the best place for me to get help! I have found this website to be so wonderful and useful that I am excited to see what else I can learn and hear from all the other members. I am looking for motivation, advice and would love to be able to run w/out any problems! :)

-Would like to be down to 130 lbs -Be able to run a 5K without stoppin -Give up pop for good (This is a toughie for me! I am getting better though!) -Not depend on fast food (trying to make more foods at home and eating leftovers for lunches at work instead of going out!) -Try to eat more fruits and veggies -Track what I consume



-My name is Jennifer. -Born and still live in KS! -I am 2x cervical cancer survivor. -I am a huge KU Jayhawks and KC Chiefs fan! -The majority of my day is spent sitting due to my job.
