    Awwww! Thank you for the smiley face ~ I was so surprised and it really made my afternoon. Yay!

    Thanks for the Pilates for Dummies tip ~ it's always seemed so difficult when I tried, that I don't stick to it. 6 sessions is easy enough to give something a shot. I'm just anxious for spring so I can start walking again everyday.

    With thyroid dysfuction, I walked and ate well all spring, summer, and fall of 07 and didn't lose more than a pound or two ~ set the tone for "giving up" on exercise all winter. UNTIL TODAY ~ I did my stretching and strength training and topped that off with 10 minutes of jogging in place and running around with my daughter. Yay!

    Hi again,
    You do love biking! That's great:) I will know who to ask about rides and all. I will have to do the Tour De Blast sometime but I'm not sure about hills:( I did some mountain biking in Canada (Banff) and that was hard but I'm in better shape now so going up hills would probably be easier. It was good to hear from you....

    Welcome to sparkpeople:) I'm glad you decided to join and make permanent changes.... Use as many tools as possible and you will reach and MAINTAIN your goals. What's Tour de Blast?? I plan on doing the Seattle to Portland this summer which is exciting but I'm a bit nervous at the same time.
