Hey Pearl! I read your blog and your status, and I see you're having some concern. But it's ok, everyone has their slumps! What you do is keep pushing yourself to exercise (I know it's hard, I don't like it either), track what you're eating and drinking (everything), pray, and keep going. It will happen! You shouldn't do it to fast anyway. If you do it over a period of time, it will be easier to keep it off. It will change your whole lifestyle! I left you some suggestions on you recent blog. Are you tracking your food? I HATE to do that, and I do mean HATE -- but I've been doing it and I have to say it's (1) keeping me honest and (2) getting a little easier.
Try to fit Shred into your day today if you can. And don't be discouraged - do your best. It's hard but SO worth it. I'm only on Day 5 and I can already see things starting to change. You CAN do this! 3977 days ago

Thanks for the nuts Pearl! They are my fav snack too but they are somewhat of a trigger food for me to binge on. I can't have cashews now, I love the Costco brand, I can't stop at the 15 I counted! Did you try the Shred? I haven't checked my other spark messages yet. 3978 days ago
