1/2021 Here we are again. Looking for some inspiration. Got 35 pounds back on me.... Feeling tired and sad. Covid time is taking a toll on me. My daily movement got restricted and I am sitting most of the time, knitting, cross stitching, watching TV. I need a jump-start and fix this lethargy that is rooting in my soul.

8/20 After a hiatus of 3 years and 30 pounds up... I am here again to give it another try.

9/17 what a roller-coaster year I had!. I started the anniversary with struggle and I am still holding the struggle. I have been increasing my weight and since last year I am up 15 pounds. I have been keeping up RELIGIOUSLY with my exercise routine. I have to say it is very difficult to keep the food intake around 1,300 calories a day.... The overall loss is still 80 pounds from my starting weight. I am stronger and happier than 5 years ago. I am truly amazed of how far I've gotten. I am grateful and proud of my journey. I wished my weight was still going down. I am still committed to my personal physical improvement and I am working hard on my exercise and my nutrition. Let's see how far I can go this coming year!!!



9/16 finally got the courage to check the reports of my 3rd. anniversary with SP. It looks like altogether I managed to drop 6 pounds over the year. Lots of ups and downs and no consistency. I am still keeping up with my exercise and healthy food. Working towards a better BMI. According with chart I am overweight. Need to drop some 25 pounds. I have no idea how reasonable that might be. I am a healthier version of what I was for sure and much stronger. Keeping up with an overall loss of 90 pounds.


9/15 First Anniversary with SP. 52 pounds gone. Much happier me making it work one day at a time. Total pounds up to date 82 pounds. 34 more to go. Maybe 1 more year? will see......



9/14 I am 48 years old and mother of 2 wonderful kids. Have been trying since forever to lose weight with little to no success. Two years ago I started with WW program and lost 40 pounds. Reached plateau, got discouraged and gained 15 back. A friend mentioned SP and since October 2014 I've lost 45 more. I am trying my best to be better for myself and the family. Learning how to be a happier person in the process. Still have ups and downs everyday. Learning how to manage this roller-coaster. I have one thing to say..... NOT AN EASY RIDE.
