Introduction Text I do not want to be that cliche fat mom at the park that can't muster the energy to play with her child!! Now that my baby is born, all I can think about, aside from baby!, is that I can't wait to get this weight off for good and start living a healthy life with my family! Cook more homemade meals, stop the fast food habit and drink more water! I think 5% goals at a time are a good motivator for me, since it seems to move slow, so here goes: SW: 220 (11/14) GOAL: 145
