Hello, I am Michelle. I am 28, pretty fit and very active. I am so happy to have come to this site. I was at a pay site but cancelled the minute I saw this site with superior information, interaction and motivation offered for free. I hope to be both helped by and a great help for others as we walk the healthier road together.

My Goals:
Goals
1. To maintain a calm awareness of my bodys needs, and to tend to them.
2. To run a marathon.
3. To Love my body for all that it is.


My Program:
Program:
1.Eat six small meals a day made up of whole, fresh foods (The only requirement is that they also taste great!!) and monitor calories on this site.
2. Exercise for at least an hour most days and to monitor calories burned on this site
3. Schedule runs according to the training I found for marathon/half marathon runners.
4. Make sure that it is FUN FIRST!!





Personal Information:
I am from Florida, now living in Kansas, but very soon to be moving to Honolulu. Good thing the site will be avaliable anywhere, right?
I am 28, work in the accoutning field, and love every minute of my life!


Other Information:
I love scary movies/books, as well as mysteries or anything having to do with crime fighting.

I am spiritual, but not religious..mostly following a loose interpretation of the teachings of Buddah.

I have a fantastic partner in life, love and fitness in my boyfriend Dane.

My two best friends are my sisters, Carri and Jayme who both give me reasons to smile everytime we meet.
