Staying positive and energetic
I am a full-time student who enjoys working out and eating healthy. The trouble is I also enjoy sitting around and eating fast food!
About 7 years ago I lost 20 pounds through calorie counting. Over the years despite my best efforts (and I mean it here) I have gained 10 of those pounds back. I have been working hard to lose them again but in a way that will fit into my lifestyle.

I tend to make good choices when I am out at dinner or at someone's house. But when I'm stressed/tired/upset/or have been "cued" all day by food I tend to snack on things in the house and it's hard to stop eating until I feel full. Often that's enough to keep the weight on.
I would really love to feel in control of food again. I'm trying to stick to a caloric range and eat healthy foods. I love sweets and find that when I eat them I just want more so I'm trying to say "no" to all dessert. I know that's hard and I expect that I won't be perfect but so far so good.
