Fitness Minutes: 93,911

My Goals:
I would like to be healthier, skinnier, and happier with my body. I want to thrive, and even be envied a little. I want people to think of me as fit. I want to love my body and what it can do instead of despising it and trying to cover my "shame".

My Program:
 I skate at practice 3 times a week (1.5-3 hours per practice) I try to do cardio 5 times a week and strength training 2-3 times a week. I have a great workout partner (my mom!) and I am dedicated to this lifestyle.


Personal Information:
I'm 33, I'm from Denver. I want to kick as much ass on the track as possible, and I'm pretty sure losing weight will help.

Other Information:
 I love music, my favorite band is Pixies. I also love reading books and watching the never ending stream of media from my television.

    Thanks for your well wishes on my trip coming in July. You'll have a wonderful time as well I'm sure. Paolo will be the picture taker on this trip but I'll manage a few shots here and there! We're thinking in a few years we'll do some Eastern European cities for a trip as well.

    I think Denver did alright in the draft and hopefully we'll have a successful season coming up. We lost some key players in my view but Peyton Manning has a way of getting the best out of his players.

    How is your water, food, sleep and exercise going? I feel so much better with some sleep last night. This last weekend really was rough on me and I am surprised I wasn't a cranky pants. Have a great week & stay strong!

    how are you going on your mission to drop that excess weight before Prague? Bummer about roller derby, and the broken ankle, are you able to do water exercise? That will help you along your way.
