If you had told me 5 years ago that I would be a runner, I would have laughed at you! Running always "hurt" too much. But I decided to give it a try again...and I find that I love it!

    Thanks for your comment to my blog. You are right, the hard part IS picking the healthier choice. I don't go to a sit down restaurant very often so when I do, it's like......"O.K. what is the best thing I want to eat"!! I didn't do to bad last night eating only half, but it was hard!! STAY ON THE MISSION!!
