Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

My Goals:
I am currently trying to loose weight to get healthy before my wedding. I would like to loose fifty lbs total. I really want to be comfortable in my own skin! I am tired of not wanting to sit down because I am afraid of anyone looking at my belly!

My Program:
Because of my PCOS I am trying to refine my carb intake! I am defiantly addicted to them, so this is a very hard thing to do, I am also trying to exercise more regularly. My doctor said that it will make a huge change in my body if I do these two things!

Personal Information:
My name is Becky and I turned thirty years old this year. I have had a very stressful year. I am getting maried, my fiance and I have full custody of his daughter who is 12 years old, I have been diagnosed with PCOS and I have started a new career that I am not that excited about! Wish me Luck!

Other Information:
~ Stress is not what happens to us. It's our response TO what happens. And RESPONSE is something we can choose. ~

I have spent to much time stressed out. I will make it a point to be a positive person in my step daughter's and in my life!
