Ashley, I think I am going to follow suit with you and not weigh in for a month. The scale has been making me miserable and I know I am doing the right things. So I think it's just best to stay away from it for now. Your words on my page today meant so much to me because I have been feeling really horrible about my lack of progress. I have to realize that it's so early in the game, I know, but I am working so hard and to see the scale go up is really disheartening. I'm also going to set a mini goal for myself right now. I read your latest entry from June 6th and I have to agree with all of those reasons, it feels all-around good to lose weight and it DOES start to feel normal!
