In Spring I went looking for Change and found it. Change is disruptive. In Fall I will work to bring this change in balance with my long-term health goals.

Hi. I'm Brian and this is where I post my goals and accomplishments on I love to hike, bike, run and be outdoors. I am on a journey towards health and happiness. I'm always making plans, setting new goals and challenging myself. I recently took up running and mountain biking. Stop by often to see what I'm up to. Leave comments or suggestions below.

Thank you for the birthday Goodie! I had a lovely weekend. Now back to reality!

Thank you - I found it and went to the Community Board to ask how to place it on my page. I know Pride is a sin, but I'm still proud to have lost 100+ lbs.

So far it hasn't been too difficult with maintenance. I binge and then I behave again. Life is definitely awesome for me!

And I'm thrilled that you are doing well too!

Offhand I can think of at least 1 S word that would be an exception, but I'll just say *smile* for now, heheheheheh.

Salad is another S word that fits.

Keep having fun! It's what life and living is all about.

Just thinking about you and wanted to pay a visit to say hello emoticon

I reached a new goal weight this year and have been maintaining 110. Today I dropped to 107.5 which is optimal for my height of 5'1.5" WooHoo!

So nu, which "S" is allowed? emoticon emoticon

    Wishing you happiness,
    linda & bubba
**edit: I had lost the comment before this one and it wasn't showing either - so I made the 2nd comment. Now they're both showing, lol. If that's the worst thing to happen today, we're doing great!

Debby4576 & I were thinking of you so I decided to pop-in and say hello emoticon

I hope you're well - I see you're a runner now from all your teams! So, what "S" is the exception?? Inquiring minds want to know, lol.
I can think of at least one emoticon emoticon

I made it to a new goal this year and dropped another 3 lbs to my optimal weight for my height this morning. I don't care if I maintain it, but it sure feels good to be maintaining 110 and to finally reach 107.

Wishing you joy in your life journey,
    Linda & Bubba
