I started my journey in April of 2010 I worked hard and with the help of my friends and sparks page I have lost 50 lb. I am getting healthy and fit. It is the most wonderful feeling. It is truly a life changing experience.

My family and my inner strength is my inspiratiion and motivation. I am going to live a long and happy life, I am able to run with and chase my grandchildren - yes I have a grandson and a granddaughter. I am showing my own children a better me and a healthy way to live. Less then a year ago I wrote that I WANTED to do all these things and I am here today saying I AM doing these things. It can be done with hard work, determination, support and motivation. I started a journey that is taking me to new heights and I am loving it more and more each day.

One of my goals for 2010 was to complete a 5K. I DID IT. I not only did it but did it in 45.37 min. I have never been more proud of myself in my life. Crossing the finish line gives you this incredible feeling of wanting to do it again and again. I did a second 5K in February in less time. I have 3 scheduled in May. My goal is to run a 1/2 marathon and do the MUDD Run in 2012!

This summer(another I am) I am taking my kids to the beach and will not be embarrassed to be seen in a swimsuit. I live at the beach and have not been seen at the beach in a bating suit in 9 years. I always took them to my inlaws pool. Not this year. I am taking back my beach back!

Watch out 2011 here I come!

TOOK MY BEACH BACK 5/22/11 and wore a 2 piece. whoo hoo!

My Program:
1. Eat Healthy.
2. Get 6-8 hr sleep.
3. Cardio 4 x ST 4 x wk.
4. Bite it write it
5. 8 cups water a day.
6. Support suppport!!!
7. Spark!
8. Go to gym.
9. Be honest with yourself!
10. Accountability
11. Acehivable goals.
12. Don't deprive yourself.

Personal Information:
I have been married for 16 years. I have 3 sons, 28,13, and 9. A daughter n law and an adorable grandsonand grand daughter. I live in the same beach town that I grew up in. My children go to the same school I went to. My best friend is my sister. We go on vacation together as often as we can. I am getting fit and healthy to show my children the right way to live and to be able to live and enjoy life.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, walking, jogging, I now enjoy working out. I love camping with my family, going to the beach.
I love watching football with my hubby. Go Gators!
