    Just read your sparkpage and agree that I don’t say no to any food. I eat what I like just not tho whole pack. I have planned in one piece of candy for every day ( I don’t have to eat it), a treat cake for one day at the weekend. Freggies come with my cereal, soups and my meat and two veg dinners.
    Exercise I’m lucky with. No major health issues. But have you tried chair exercises. We go to a class called take a chair and we get the exercise without having to stand
