I am Nature & I am Beautiful.


I'm really proud of myself this fall. My belly is receding! The scale is moving, and I'm pulling out old pants I never thought I'd wear again. I"m proud of myself. I'm down 3 pant sizes from when I started here. That was 5 years ago, 3 pregnancies, and 2 births ago. That means 21 months of that I was gaining weight and growing babies. So Im really happy with where I am!

My Goals:
To loose my belly overhang





My Program:
 Drinking 8 + glasses of water a day

Tracking all food

Eating 3 + servings of fruit and or veggies per day

1,000 + fitness minutes per month.


Personal Information:
I'm an artist, a mother of 3, and happily married! I'm looking forward to being healthier and teaching my children what that means!
