Introduction Text Thomas Edison said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." This is my mantra... I have lost 59 lbs since March 21, 2018, but lately I've been struggling to stay on track. I tried keto and it was very successful; however, I couldn't maintain it. I would have a cheat meal that would turn into a cheat day and into a cheat week. It wasn't sustainable for me. I didn't fail at keto, it just didn't work. Now I am focused on eating a balanced diet, staying within my calories, and trying to get some exercise. So far I have been struggling, but I will not fail. I will evaluate and determine what does and doesn't work until I find my light bulb. It will happen. I just need to be patient and trust the process.
