    HEY GIRL FOR TWO WEEKS I WEIGHED IN AT 209 FEB 14 I LOST 4 LBS LAST WEEK-- SEE I DID NOT GIVE UP ON MY SELF. I STAYED WITH IT AND LOOK WHAT HAPPEN.. TALK AT YOU LATER AND ITS GREAT TO HAVE YOU AS A FRIEND THANKS.

    Hey! Don't let that elliptical trainer go to waste! Get an MP3 player or I-Pod - or get a small tv in the room where it's at and do it while you watch your favorite 30-min show or the news. You will stay entertained while you do it!

    In fact, I'm off to the gym to do the elliptical right now! I listen to music on my MP3 player, and read the subtitles on the TV's at the gym - allows me to go for about 45 minutes or so!

    HEY BECKY DON'T BE SO HARD ON YOUR SELF BUT AT THE SAME TIME DON'T BE EASY ON YOUR SELF EITHER. YOU CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT AND SO CAN THE REST OF US AS LONG AS WE TALK TO ONE ANOTHER AND KEEP A GREAT ATTITUDE. AS FAR AS THE SMOKING I STARTED EXERCISING TWO WEEKS BEFORE I STOPPED SMOKING AND LOST 6 LBS. THEN I STOPPED SMOKING AND YES I SNACKED AFTER MEALS CAUSE OF THE CRAVINGS BUT I DID NOT GAIN ANY OF IT BACK. YAHOOOO I THINK THAT'S BECAUSE I WORK OUT A LOT NOW SO I'M SURE THAT HELPED OUT. OK WELL I GOT TO GO SEE YOU LATER AND MAYBE WE CAN BE FRIENDS. THANKS emoticon
