My Goals:
To become more aware of what I eat..

To exercise daily..

To be Happy when I look in the mirror..

To make myself a priority....

My Program:
 To do..30+ mins of Cardio 3 days a week.
Strength training 3 days a week...100 crunches 4 days a week.


Personal Information:
I was born in Los Angeles CA, and moved to Orange Co at age 12. I enjoyed going to Huntington Beach during the Summers.. I moved to WA State in 1985 and in Dec 2008 I moved to GA to help my Sister with her new Flower shop. I enjoy the Sun and being outside.

Other Information:
 I started watching Nascar in 2004 after loosing my Best Friend Becky. Her favorite driver Jeff Gordon...I liked the look of the 48 car and decided that car was for me. First race I watched was on TV and was at Bristol. Lucky for me JG and JJ are teammates and watching them both give me joy.

    BTW... been meaning to ask everyone about this... but I was thinking about doing a "bonus pick" for next week's All-Star race?

    This is what I was thinking:


    Pick just 1 driver who is in the All-Star race...
    and since they are doing the "Showdown" on Friday night before the truck race, we could have the picks be due on Saturday by 5pm ET. That way we would know who was transferring into the All-Star race from the Showdown.


    Scoring as follows:

    5 points for a top-10 finish
    10 points for a top-5 finish
    25 points if your driver wins
