Thank-you for the SparkGoodie and kind words, I have also added you as a friend. After studying our disease for the last 22 months I have found out that to control our disease it is a fine balance of doing both eating properly and exercising. As far as diet I had to abstain from all the things that were killing me, if I don't my mind plays tricks on me, like that I deserve it. As far as exercising it don't need to be intense like I do, but I found I have to do some sort of minor exercise everyday and split up through the day. May you find everything you are looking for in your journey. 844 days ago

Just stopped by to see how your doing. I see you haven't been on SP for a while now. I am now pre diabetic. The doctor said with weight loss and meds I will be ok and will be able to get off the meds. Been on track since Dec. but my weight stalled out. It has me nervous because usually the 1st 3 to 4 weeks I lose a lot of weight. I'm only back on track 3 weeks. Have to start counting calories. Before this I was only judging now I have to break out the scale etc. Please let me know how your doing. Do you use facebook or something else where I can hook up with you? 1192 days ago
