Finding my feet


My second (and last) baby is now 2 years old. She is a very happy and sociable little girl so I am hoping to begin using the creche so I can get my fitness back to where it used to be.
I have a... shall we say interesting history with food and I am determined to eat healthy and be happy. My basic philosophy is to be honest with myself and not judgmental to myself or others.
This year is also going to be about working out how to earn some money around my daughters so I won't ...

Lots of walking,

Gym 3 x per week

Build up running distance

Martial Arts Training 2 x week (3 classes)

I live in South Wales in the UK. I love to be outdoors and I really enjoy setting myself a challenge.
