Well, my husband did last for 10 minutes which is all I asked of him. He was out of breath and went very slow. However, I know he can build this up. He skipped tonight, but I'll be back to "nag" him tomorrow emoticon

Hi! Just checking in to see how the Sunday walk with your husband went.
Hope it was a success! emoticon

Thanks for the add. You can do this Beth! The rewards are worth it. I tried every diet ever and this is the only one that has worked for me. Tracking your food is crucial to the process.

I also love ice cream. I have a substitute that I love. Not original to me, it was a "gift" from my 1st diabetes educator. A 6 to 8 oz serving or carton of FF plain yogurt and a 1/2 tsp of sugar free Jello dry powder mix. Stir and mix thoroughly, and chill in the freezer. Mine never gets to true ice cream consistency, cause I eat it. All fruit flavors I have tried were good. If you need chocolate, try a TBSP of dark or semi-sweet mini chips. more bites have chips and use FF UNSW Vanilla yogurt. Yes, my fav. flavor is Baskin Robbins Pralines and Cream, and no this does not compare to that. I did not try. I am happy to have cold and sweet that does not make me feel guilty.
