I gained weight when my other half was diagnosed with Cancer.
The stress I went thru between that and work, I just gained and
gained. I also feel a lot of my weight was due to age and that
horrible time in a woman's life of getting old. I am determined
to lose weight and get my energy and body back.
Since I first posted, my compainon passed away in August. He
left a void in my life, so eating is a way to feel it. Emotional eating
is really hard to ...

is really hard to beat. I stay busy working, church activities,
and the car club I belong to. I have 2 grown kids and 3 grandkids
that try to keep me going. Life will get better as God has plans
for me.
