Hi! I'm Heather, a 41yo Buffalo, NY'er. I'm married, a housewife and a mom! I am a home based licensed nail technician, too! I am a dual citizen of the USA and Sweden, through marriage! In 2010, I had a gastric bypass to help me lose weight. I was 335 lbs back then. It went well, and I lost 100 lbs the first year or so. But the past 6 years I've slowly let the weight creep up a bit and got lazy! So now I am working on losing it and then onto goal. I have PCOS and Anemia, and low Vit D, ...

    Gott nytt år!

    I met my Swedie when he was here for an academic conference. He was sitting beside me and my friend at a Beth Orton concert, we started talking while waiting for the show and then it slowly took off from there! The longest time I've spent in Stockholm is 2.5 months....in winter! I didn't mind the darkness but I made sure to go for a walk at lunch every day to get some vitamin D!
