I work full-time in information technology. I used to be very active (long distance runner), before my conditions developed close to 19 years ago. I struggle to lose weight. Every time I have an ounce of energy or a less painful day, I start to workout and then something puts me out for a week or more...it's a cycle. However, I have a positive attitude and am very motivated. :D I am vegan.

However, I have a positive attitude and am very motivated. :D I am vegan.
