Started on september 25 2011 at 330lb. Put things in line started eating 3 meals a day plus 3 snacks a day. Thus far eating every 2-3 hours a balanced diet. Fallowing the canada food guide. Excerising daily walking, excerising every morning, gym at work 3 days a week

I am a muppet fan, a yard saler, collect cookie jars, and do a large halloween display. looking to get back into winter activaties like skating, cross country sking etc.
