I am too strong in my belief in myself to be degraded. I am too able to change to be controlled. I am victory and my life is my own.

Walking daily - starting slow and working my way up. Strength Training 3x a week.

I love walking with my "Fuzzy Personal Trainer" Tazzy. I do ST with weights or resistance bands 20 min/3x week.

Kitty Hobgood I live in NW Indiana (actually as far NW as you can get and still be in Indiana). I love dogs. That is what brings me joy. I've got a quirky sense of humor and absolutely no filter between my brain and my mouth! I love meeting new people and having fun! I like to play and be silly.
