Introduction Text Today is a new day. AND I CAN DO THIS!!!!! I can remember my mother-in law being overweight as well as my mom. It was so hard for them to enjoy my kids as young children. I don't want to end up like that. I have been yo-yo ing on wWeight Watchers for most of my adult life, and I'm tired of it. A friend told me about Spark People and it sounded like it's what I was looking for. I need the support all the time, not just during a weekly meeting. I find myself doing mindless eating, most of the time making myself sick by the end of the day from eating too much, or at least more than my body can handle. I hate the way I feel. I hardly ever buy new clothes because I can't stand the way I look. I don't have alot to lose, but I'm bottom heavy, (yeah, I have a big ass and heavy thighs) and I know that I need to exercise. Dealing with back and hip issues, it makes it even harder to move around. I'm hoping with all your help and support I'll be able to live a healthier life for my grandchildren and for myself. Thanx for looking in on me.

To lose the weight I keep putting back on. Try and walk every day.

Journaling every morsel of food I put in my mouth and to get moving. I DO NOT DO A DROP OF EXERCISE!!! I hate it and I think I even almost failed PE in school.

Have been a WW for many years. I take off the weight and then put it right back on again. Meetings are boring and I need the support most of the time, not just during a meeting........Looking for any help to keep me motivated.......
