One day at a time for me.
Down....Up.....Down.....Up......Down.....U
P...UP....down....UP...UP....UP and so the YO-YO goes!!! I'm dizzy already!! I joined in the Spring of 2008 and did great for the first few months. I love this site and know it works, however, I realize I have to be active on here to reap the rewards. Time for me to commit once and for all and stop the madness!
My goals are simple really :)
1) Find a few good friends on here to keep me in check.
2) Spend 30-60 ...

3) Make good choices!!!
I honestly believe in order to lose weight, the focus does not have to be on weight. The weight WILL come off if I just focus on making some changes for the better in my life. I know what my problem areas are and I'm the only one who can fix them!

My Goals:
My main goal is to regulate my blood sugar level. I'm 'prediabetic' or 'borderline' diabetic. I can do this by changing my diet and being A LOT more physically active.
My short term weight loss goal is to be 166 by March 17th (My birthday). I can do it!
Long term weight loss goal is to maintain at about 130.
My Program:
Fitness:
I will work out at the gym a minimum of 4 days a week for 1 hour.
Nutrition:
Cut out sugar.
High protein/Low Carb diet. (Mainly for blood sugar reasons).
Motivation:
Surround myself with people who inspire me.
Personal Information:
I live in Montana and have 6 kids. (Only 1 at home still). I enjoy doing crafts, playing games on the computer and reading. Obviously, my hobbies need to change since they all pretty much involve sitting on my butt!
