Getting back on track
It's been a few years since I first joined SparkPeople. Unfortunately I haven't been successful. It's my own fault. I haven't been tracking. Haven't been caring. I get so tired of being overweight but I haven't made the choice to do the right things to get fit. Any program will tell you what to do. Track your food. Make sure you exercise. Move more, eat less. Maybe I can do it this time. I know I want to.
