Introduction Text I'm 41 years old and since I got married back in 2004, my weight has kept going up especially after getting pregnant. I went on Weight Watcher's after having my baby and did lose about 24 pounds but then I quit going thinking I could do it on my own. Of course, that did not work and within 7 months I had gained it back. I know I need to exercise and I do well with that at least 4 to 5 times a week but it's the eating part I have trouble with. Every time I get into a mode to try a diet, I feel like I won't be able to have the things I like, namely chocolate and sweets. But I haven't given up yet. I know I need to do something and be consistent with it. I am not sure what that "something" is that will click with me and finally make it a lifestyle change.

1) Fit comfortably in a size 12; 2) Feel healthier; 3) Become a more attractive wife and mother; 4) Make these changes a lifestyle and habit.

I'm trying to do better about portion control and staying within my calorie allotment. I am also consistent with doing some form of exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week.



I love to read, especially mysteries. I also love cookbooks (not that I'm that great cook but I feel like when I get one I can get better ideas for eating healthier). I love kickboxing....though I only have done exercise video's...not real classes. And I love to go to the movies.
