    Glad your knees are feeling better... You *have* heard my stories (maybe too many times????) re TAPPING on my knees when I've injured them??? Worked like a *charm* my second time tearing my meniscus. Just tap with your finger tips, firmly and quickly, wherever it feels like you 'should' on your knee-- there are lots of 'accupuncture meridans' going by the knees, and I really think this is the secret of it. I swear by it-- and several friends with hurting knees have tried it with very good effect, also. And if you *really* want to get into tapping, well, you know I know other things about this, too :-). Here's one website run by a psychotherapist who does EFT tapping with professional athletes as her fulltime work:
