    Thank you for leaving me a comment on my mail. Struggling with an eating disorder is a bummer but now i have hope. The books that helped me the most are Life without Ed by Jenni Schaefer and The Self-Compassion Diet by Jean Fain. What also helps are my shrink and medication for depression and Sparkpeople. Hey! I'll get there! emoticon emoticon
