    Thanks so much for your comment last week on my blog about my struggles with food. I too have an eating disorder, since I think binging is a disorder. It is hard to overcome, especially if you don't understand why you are always doing it. I commend your overcoming your disorder and working on building a better food relationship with your kids. I think that you have a great plan and I am going to start incorportating some different things here....thanks again. Have a great day!
