    Hi Jan,

    Just wanted to say that I have knee problems too. I have had problems for the past year and they come and go. My doctor told me to ride a bike, and well between that and the glucosamine/chrondroitin, I am almost pain free.

    I just got done with a base challenge, and I walked one day, rode the next and during the 10 weeks, I had no increase in pain which I expected because I was exercising 6-7 days a week.

    Good Luck the knees do get better!!
