I had reached a goal weight of 180, had a succession of surgeries (shoulder/arm, abdominal wall, back), started weight lifting again, raised my goal weight to 185. Then I had new problems with my other shoulder/arm, and back, and had to stop weight lifting and some other exercises. I've lowered my goal weight again to 180, and am adjusting to the new required calories budget reduction -- especially since much exercise is off the table, again.
