2011 was my first year with Sparkpeople
Lost 40 but gained 20 back in the latter half of the year as I got too confident in my fitness minutes as my fitness really started ramping up finally but then got real sloppy tracking food (good lesson learned)
So I enter 2012 at a much better place than where I was a year ago and ready to show I can do it again. For fitness I love tennis, coed volleyball and swimming.

I try to blog once a week depending on how crazy my schedule is.
Above all else, I try to keep it simple.

My Program:
* 800+ fitness minutes a month
* 1600 calories a day
* 8 glasses of water
* Better sleep habits
* Keeping it simple

Just a guy from South Dakota
Other Information:
Love music - Coldplay, FooFighters, Killers, Jacks Mannequin, New Order, and all kinds of alternative music and being a product of the 80s, can't help but thinking 80s music is so much more special than most other decades :)
Love movies (especially Shawshank Redemption, Saving Private Ryan, Gladiator, and the Last Samurai
On TV - like NCIS and most things on Discovery channel.
And I read anything and everything on my Kindle, and believe that summer was made for tennis.
