I read your introduction on the message boards and wanted to leave a message for you on your new SparkPage! I can relate to what you are saying as I have been there too. Is your picture recent? You look so slim. I have really liked the SparkDiet. Especially their emphasis on consistency. You are struggling today, but tomorrow will be different, and the next day, etc. Don't focus on the negative, focus on the positives. And work on your consistency. You'd be surprised at how you will not only lose weight but also feel motivated to keep going. And when you feel a slump coming then go post on the message boards and in your teams. I started June 2007 and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for at least two months!
