(i saw your post in plantar fasciitus and i wanted to mention that you could go to specialty shoe stores that sell shoes for people with problem feet or diabetics and they offer shoes that accommodate orthotics. i have the same problem - i feel like i am never stylish - but i was able to find some decent looking shoes at one of these types of stores.)

I went back and forth for a very long time about whether to meet with the doctor or not, I mean years. You have to do whatever feels right for your family and your daughter's well being and self esteem at this time in your life. If you do that all will work out. The cheer classes I'm sure will be a blast and a great boost for her self worth. My thoughts are with you.
Take care and always follow your motherly heart! emoticon

Hello ! Did you make it to the movies yet? My daughter has severe Cerebral Palsy. She is like a big infant. she is 20 now . She can't walk ,talk, or do much by herself. She ahs Grandmal - seizures ,is deaf and has a G-tube to feed her with through her stomach. Our daughter looks totally normal. We have no idea how she got CP. I just know she is a blessing and we love her so very much. I 'm so sorry for your daughter. I pray for God's will in her life. Sometimes life don't seem fair. John 9:2-3 His diciples asked him, "Rabbi who sinned , this man or his parents that he was born blind?" 'Neither this man nor his parents sinned,'said Jesus, but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life." I hope this verese helps you as it does me. Keep in touch . You and you family will be in my prayers. Hugs Cindy
